This elegant 'Art Deco' style property located in Esher has recently been finished by a high end developer using a range of our products. The house is finished impeccably and gives a warm and sophisticated look to the property.
Concealed Balance Sash Windows
The property uses our new Concealed Balance Sash Windows, supplied fully finished in a Semi Matte White.
Concealed Balance Sash Windows use the traditional spiral balance system, although the spiral tubes are no longer visible, meaning the window looks more like a traditional ‘weights and lines’ box sash window.
All the windows are completed with polished chrome fitch catches and sash pulls to provide a contrast to the light colour sashes.
A Beautiful, Traditional Front Door
The front door needed to be a defining feature of the property, which invites the potential owners into the classy interior. We used our Traditional Doors design in a 3 panel layout, which was decorated in Farrow and Ball Railings No. 31 to compliment the elegant interior.
The door is finished with chrome door furniture to compliment the window ironmongery.
Treads and Nosings for a Pre-Cast Concrete Staircase
The staircase for this project was slightly different than usual, in that we only supplied the treads and landing nosings to clad the pre-cast concrete flight.
This involved liaising with the developer and the sub-contracted metal workers to ensure the product supplied was compatible with the required balustrade components.
The treads were finished (by others) to a dark stain to match the handrails, which are complimented by the light coloured stair trunk.
Other Joinery Elements
We also supplied 2 sets of Bi-Fold Doors, French Doors and Single External Doors to complete the package, which were also finished in the same Semi Matte White. Both sets of the Bi-Fold doors open up the large kitchen/living area onto the garden making this space feel light and airy, making this is a perfect area for entertaining friends and family.
